Security
- Use of state-of-the-art security technologies
- Use of a special and secure remote service router device
- Audit-Trail: routers use unique certificates, all activities and accesses are logged
- The connection is only initiated on the machine side, connection attempts from outside are blocked
- The connection is on-demand and must be agreed between the customer and TEEPACK
- The remote connection is encrypted (VPN, SLS/TLS)
- The TEEPACK Remote Server manages all accounts and encrypted connections and logs all activities and accesses

- The Remote Service offers fast support at the click of a mouse. Our specialists are able to help you immediately, no matter where your factory is located in the world.
- Note: Remote diagnosis is a paid service if the machine is not under warranty.
Requirement
- The machine is equipped with an IPC (Industry PC).
- PERFECTA machines with Siemens S5 control system must be upgraded to our latest BECKHOFF IPC (Industry PC) control system.
- TEEPACK Remote Service Router is installed on the machine (IPC only)
- An Internet connection is required.
