    Die End-of Line for Constanta RC (ELC) ist der logisch nächste Schritt für den Aufbau einer professionellen Teebeutelproduktion. Nahtlos in das Maschinenkonzept integriert, erlaubt Ihnen diese Option auf geringem Raum eine integrierte Produktion vom losen Tee bis hin zur verkaufsfertigen Schachtel zu realisieren. Dank der einfachen Umrüstbarkeit passt sich die ELC dabei genau wie die Grundmaschine flexibel ihren Anforderungen an.

    Ein besonderes Highlight: Die Kurzlaschen‑Schachtel bietet erhöhte Sicherheit durch die verklebte Kurzlasche und ist gleichzeitig wiederverschließbar. Eine zusätzliche Umverpackung (z. B. Folie) ist nicht erforderlich. Die Kurzlaschen werden im End-of-Line-Modul (ELC) verklebt und automatisch verschlossen (Doppelverschluss oben und unten) – ganz ohne zusätzliche Maschinen.

    *The short flap (Kurzlasche) is glued and closed (double closing lids-top and bottom) in the END-OF-LINE MODULE (ELC). No further machinery is required.
