Description

  • The subassembly is developed to operate PERFECTA machines at up to 400 bags per minute
  • By reducing the component mass, it is easier for the servo motor to swing the subassembly out- and inwards
  • The "needle" gearbox is fully sealed to prevent dirt from entering the inside of the gearbox
  • Maintenance intervals have been extended

Requirement

  • The machine is equipped with the assembly BG-D60 - knotting on the bag
  • The machine is equipped with an IPC (Industry PC)
  • PERFECTA machines with Siemens S5 control must be upgraded to the latest version of the BECKHOFF IPC (Industry PC) control system

Note

  • The production depends on the condition of the machine
  • We also recommend the installation of the BG-D71SV label feeding assembly (with servo motor)
