In addition to the actual situation with Coronavirus/Covid-19 Teepack commits itself to act responsibly and to take care of his employees, customers and public while we are simultaneously working to satisfy our customers with permanent deliveries etc.
Despite the unprecedented situation we continue with our business activities as far as possible.
Our assembly hall is working on machines for our customer’s orders. At the moment we are facing no shortages for deliveries and we have initiated measures to secure our delivery and production continuity.
However it has been difficult to visit our customers due to travel restrictions. Therefore we had to cancel already planned customer visits. Essential needed visits to assists our customers will be approved, wherever possible.
If a personal visit of your site will not be possible Teepack is highly working on technical solutions and Online-Tools, to support you as usual.
Our employees have received Laptops can work mobile with data access to our servers and conference tools from home.
For situations where we would normally send our service specialists we are working on a technical support from abroad via video conference with the following platform: Microsoft Teams.
Please note: Your site should have an appropriate internet connection as well as a device from where you can use the above-mentioned application. Additionally a user account will be necessary.
Additionally we would like to inform you how we will secure the spare parts delivery during this exceptional situation:
At the moment we have a huge demand of spare parts and we would like to point out that we are extremely working to secure the constant delivery of our complete range of spare parts.
We are working closely to our suppliers to fulfil our high demand in this difficult situation. May be it will come to some delays during order processing but, we will not face great difficulties. We have taken a lot of measures to restrict problems and we are sure to deliver continuously and support you like always.
