interpack 2011: Positive Results for Teepack

A bright future for TEEPACK at the end of the interpack 2011. Six Zenobia vertical form, fill and seal machines and three tea bag packaging machines were sold at the event. The packaging specialist presented its new vertical form, fill and seal machine Zenobia, the new Compacta tea bag packaging machine, and the high-end tea bag packaging machine Perfecta under their overall stand motto 'Get 100 Percent'.

"We were able to sell a total of six Zenobia form, fill and seal machines during the very first days of the fair, and these new contacts look very promising in terms of additional sales in the future", reports Jörg Hartwig, Area Sales Manager, TEEPACK Spezialmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG. The company was also able to close deals on tea bag  machines. In addition to two Perfecta Universals, for which the contracts were signed right there at the stand, one Perfecta Tag also found a new owner.

Members of the TEEPACK business units Sales, Service, and Technology also found time to talk to new and old partners and customers, as well as numerous members of the public. In particular, their cross-border service offering and the mechanical design of the machines were the focus of much interest. "There was a professor, who was so fascinated with the workings of our machines that he explained to his students how remarkable the fact is that so many individual parts can interact so flawlessly. He even called it a 'masterful feat of engineering'", smiles Hans Knops, Head of Development at TEEPACK Spezialmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG. Many of the around 3500 visitors to the stand commented on the show cooking presentation: "... this tastes just like at a gourmet restaurant!".
