ZENOBIA - The finest way to package tea
The ZENOBIA form, fill and seal machine can optionally be equipped with an additional module for making tea bags for teapot portions, known as the Tea-Butler. The Tea-Butler is superbly suited for the finished portioning of loose, long leaf premium teas, and best quality herb and fruit teas.
The ZENOBIA continuously produces a continuing tubular bag made from filter paper, with or without a side gusset. The bag dimensions may be between 35x100mm and up to 60x180mm.
An additional module then automatically takes the box labels as cut blanks from a magazine and feeds them to a sealing station. Here the label is sealed to the bag and the finished Tea-Butler is delivered to a discharge belt for further processing in the machine cycle. The finished premium bag is secured to the edge of the cup or teapot with a tab.
ZENOBIA's capacity is up to 80 bags a minute.
