Our engineering design team welcomes technical tasks as challenges to be met.

Together with TEEKANNE’s technical department, we jointly review the feasibility, draw up proposals for solutions, develop, engineer and implement projects that take all economic, technical and local parameters into account and are exactly customised to the customer’s requirements.

The development, design, and finishing of our machines, peripheral equipment, and systems all take place under our own roof. The engineering design work takes place at CAD work stations with 3-D software. In the production area, CAD designs are transposed at ultra-modern CNC machines, which ensure consistently high-quality products.
Because of our close cooperation with the largest tea and herb packing company in Europe, affiliated company TEEKANNE, our experience in tea production is not only theoretical. This experience has helped make us a competent partner in planning projects and in the construction of production facilities, who also has expertise in implementing projects ranging from simple machines to fully automated systems encompassing more than 200 machines.

More than 60 years’ experience, forward-looking technical know-how and a comprehensive range of services have enabled us to assume a leading role in the area of tea bag production and to gain the trust of our customers.

We have also been able to extend the success we enjoy in the tea segment to other fields: With the development of the vertical form, fill and seal machine ZENOBIA, which was first introduced to the public at the Interpack trade fair in Düsseldorf in 2005, we were able to provide a technologically highly sophisticated precision machine for packing frozen foods, pasta and fresh produce, legumes and numerous other Food and Non-Food products. The innovative vertical form, fill and seal machine concept realised in ZENOBIA makes it possible to tailor the machine exactly to the nature of the product involved and the customer's wishes: The machine can be operated in either continuous or intermittent mode, and produces "AIR FREE" block bottom bags in one step - thanks to the integrated AIR FREE technology. Furthermore, conventional pillow bags and stand up bags can be produced in addition to the block bottom bags.
