Peripheral Equipment

For the two tea packaging machine types CONSTANTA and PERFECTA are automatic box erecting machines (PSA and FSA) and lid closing devices (DSM) available.

PSA:

The model PSA box erecting machine is an automatic air-operated machine for erecting cardboard boxes from plain blanks. Its compact structure permits its fitting, without any problems, into systems already existing or still to be designed. It is mounted on a mobile base, which can be leveled. Relocation of the machine is possible within a short time. Built-in to the base is the hot-gluing device. Mountend on rails, it is easily accessible if necessary.

FSA:

The FSA folding box erecting machine is a fully automatic, pneumatic machine for setting up folding boxes for 1- and 2 rows tag type bags and 1-row envelope bags. Although designed as an additional apparatus for tea bag machines, it can also be used as an individual machine. The compact design of the FSA makes it easy to subsequently add to any tea bag machine with cartoning device and to integrate into existing systems.

DSM:

With the lid closing machine DSM the boxes filled with tea bags are closed. The DSM is a fully automatic, pneumatically operated machine.
